Privacy Policy

This is a draft privacy notice for the Redsis One waitlist site (redsisone.com). It is provided for transparency and is pending legal review. Redsis is the controller of the information described here.

Information we collect

When you reserve a name and join the waitlist, we collect:

• the name (subdomain) you choose to reserve;
• your full name and work email address;
• your company name and intended use, if you choose to provide them;
• your consent record — the time you accepted these terms and the version you accepted;
• whether you opted in to product update emails;
• limited technical data — IP address and browser user agent — used to confirm your consent and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• to operate the waitlist and hold your requested name on a best-effort basis;
• to confirm your email address through a one-time code (double opt-in);
• to contact you about Redsis One;
• to send product updates, only if you opted in;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Legal basis

We process this information based on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the waitlist. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service:

• Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics;
• Neon — the database that stores your signup;
• Resend — delivery of the confirmation email;
• our own internal systems, to manage your signup and follow up with you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep your information while your signup is active and for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, and unsubscribe from product emails at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@redsis.com. We will action verified deletion requests.
