These draft Waitlist Terms apply when you join the Redsis One waitlist and reserve a name. They are pending legal review. Please read them — joining the waitlist is entirely optional and non-binding.
No contract or obligation
Joining the waitlist creates no contract and no obligation on either side. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or an account.
No pricing, dates, or promises
We do not promise any pricing, availability, launch date, feature, or service level. Anything we share about Redsis One describes a direction we’re exploring, not a commitment.
Name reservations are best-effort
Reserving a name puts a soft, best-effort hold on it while we build. A hold is not guaranteed. We may change, reassign, decline, or withdraw any reserved name — including names that are unavailable, reserved by us, or that may infringe a third party’s rights or our policies — at our discretion.
We may contact you
We may email you about your waitlist signup and about Redsis One. You can withdraw from the waitlist or unsubscribe at any time. Product-update emails are sent only if you opted in.
No reliance
Please don’t make business decisions in reliance on the waitlist, a reserved name, or any statement on this Site.
Versioning & withdrawal
We record which version of these terms you accepted and when. To withdraw or to have your information deleted, email privacy@redsis.com.
